[REJECTED] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Fel Barrage

Bug description:
At your command, unleash Fel, inflicting 0 (+300% AP) Chaos damage to your target and nearby enemies for each charge. Max 5 charges.

Your damaging abilities have a chance to generate a charge.

Demon Blades
Your auto attacks have a 65% chance to deal additional Shadow damage and generate Fury.

On freakz in 25 seconds u get 5 stacks of fel barrage only from autoattacks with demon blades. That's a pasive, you don't actually use an "ability".

Also it does proc from Throw Glaive bleed and probably many other things that it should not.

PS: The dmg in pvp is just ridiculous.... fel barrage + eye beam = 50% hp. UMAD?
PS2: Please check the proc chance as well... idk if is a general bug, but most of the spells on here with "proc chance" does proc 24/7. No idea how the "rng" works.

the bug report is about PROC. not damage.

Autoattack + abils and watch how he is getting the procs vs 25 sec only autoattacks on freakz with 5 procs. I want some proof that a passive spell that you are not using it, that random proc from autoattacks can give u fel barrage procs.

Trash as feral sometimes is doing shadow damage, as your autoattacks sometimes are doing extra shadow damage. So you are not actually using anything. As long as i understand, using an ability is using an ability.

I know you like to drop ppl to 50% HP every 15 seconds without any effort, i would like it as well.

"random proc from autoattacks" is named DemonBlades.

Demon Blade's passive additional damage is named "DemonBlades" in the log.

So why that guy got 1 proc after 1 min and 30 seconds while spaming damage, and on freakz u get 5 in 25 seconds, only from autoattacks?

for one part, you can call it luck...

for the other part, maybe it because DemonBlade's Proc chance is high.

which is qualified as "Ability attack".

so the auto attack stacking with your normal rotation, can give high amount of barrage recharges.

No it's because people on freakz know how to play their classes, and that guy don't. That's the way of thinking here. Only you people are lucky, and blame the *** rng all the time. That's the reason you get 3 procs of felblade in 10 seconds, that's why you use fel barrage with 5 stacks every 15 seconds, bcz you are lucky and you know how to play your classes and others don't, right?

and that shouln't happen

Either should not proc from it, either the proc chance ok freakz it's completly ***.
