Bug description: bug on 3rd reliq with my Monk (Orcamadonna)
Proof: i have completed my artifact campaign but i don't have unlocked my 3rd reliq. Fix this bug please.

I have completed all my quest in class hall .

You will get the 3rt relic unlocked when you complete the quests in your class hall , did that 2 weeks ago and worked on my monk and also did this today with my hunter
