[REJECTED] Artifact quest does not start, I never get teleported to Calydus when I enter Dalaran

Bug description: I sent in a ticket about this problem and was told to report it as a bug, I just posted a bug report under 'Items' and was told to read the artifact quest walkthrough and that I had posted in wrong section with no explanation about where I should have posted. Please don't give me a hard time as I am partially sighted and everything is a big struggle for me to start with, but however you look at it, this is a bug
Anyway the problrem is that when I go to Dalaran over Karazhan I do not get teleported to Calydus. I am now level 103 and still have no artifact weapon, I did however see Calydus in the underbelly, he offered me the artifact but did not give it. I am wondering iff it has something to do with a quest called In the Blink of an eye which I have read about but never had, Thank you
