3/4 of my entire mount collection was wiped.

Hi. I've recently had 2 tickets opened. I'm writing here because there is not enough room on an in-game ticket.
This is my situation as detailed as possible, so it just doesn't get ignored.
I've been on this server (Felsong) as it went live and started on Genesis for a 1-2 months before that.
I wasn't just a transfer from another server here. I've voted from the start and also have donated. I've really enjoyed my time here so far.
So this is what happened the other night. I noticed some new mounts in vote shop. So among them, I decided to pick the "Dustmane Direwolf" mount. After receiving it, I noticed I couldn't use it because I don't have the Leatherworking skill.
Alright, fine. So I opened my first ticket. Asked if I could be refunded the vote points and take that one mount away from my char. I got a response the next day after getting home from work. They said:
"Hello. I've refunded the vote points and removed the mount from you and from the vote shop".
Great. So I went to look in my mounts, only to find in horror that about 3/4 of my entire mount collection was missing.
Yeah, I tried everything. Relogged, checked other characters on account, checked if I had filters on mount-search...
No such luck. I was left with 8 out of the 35 mounts that I originally had. I immediately opened another ticket, briefly stating my problem.
After 1.5 days, I got a ticket response while I was online in-game. This is the response I got:
"we cant help you if you lost your mounts, due to transfer from mop to legion realm".
Okay, I obviously didn't explain well enough. My ticket was immediately closed, and I even asked via global_en to discuss it before just closing my ticket. I was ignored. The mistake is not on my part, although if I knew something like this would've happened, I wouldn't have asked to begin with... Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots of the ones I had, but I can prove with at least the exact number of mounts I did have on this one character (Reika). This is my main character/account and I really enjoyed farming mounts. This is highly upsetting. Now I am afraid to get more mounts in case this happens again.
I've lost out here, but I'm not asking for much... Maybe some of them to be returned.. Some of those mounts I donated and paid real money for and I did transfer successfully from your MOP server a while back. Some of them were mounts that I continuously saved up vote points for.

All I'm asking is for my situation to be heard and to be reimbursed some how.. Thank you for reading.

There was a problem with your mount refund, indeed your whole collection was wiped. I reverted your account mounts to the state it was 1 week ago, should be ok now. Sorry about this
