[REJECTED] third relic bugged

hi my in game name is : ninjafross

so my issue is simply this ive done all that was required of me to do to obtain the third relic slot of my weapon upon completion ive realized that it has not been unlocked could you help me in figuring out why this is ? is it a case where my slot has been bugged if so could you guys help me please cause im really beyond the point of frustration so please im asking one last time please assist me in figuring this out thank you also ive backtracked to the quest givers of my class hall and they have nothing for me im going to aslo add a screen shot of my current artifact weapons trait

Well you do not have 1 appereance so i don't think you finished all the quests.

so here if you look at my achievements its saying basically that ive completed my class hall quest so please help me to understand why my third relic slot is still locked ?

thought i was the only one with this issue its really sad tho imagine ive been on this for weeks and nothing happens thought that i would have gotten help atleast within the first 3 days or so but its turn into a month or so now

Rejected. Author has his 3rd relic slot obtained, make sure you did complete all the campaign quest currently ending at this quest : Signaling Trouble
