Plans how Genesis will be more populated?

Hello i want to ask,when something will be done about Genesis to be more populated?
I know there is a plan,to make instant 90 lvl pvp realm,but does it have any updates?
I think,more and more people will be burnout from legion,and they will start coming back ub Genesis.This is what i expec,soon to happend.

This is a old post but to the newest replyer, the MoP realm we have here is basically a 90 PvP realm. They are giving you level 90 and free tyrranical gear. But population has not changed much... so it takes awhile to find bgs

Yeah just realised yesterday after getting in to a guild. they told me there is vendors to speak to for insta level 90 and tyrannical in the human starting area but the problem is that you get one shotted vs anyone who played when the server was active due to them having conquest gear.
