[FIXED] [PvE] M+ Volcanic Affix spawn from triggers

Bug description: Volcanic Plumes from the Volcanic affix spawn a lot in some boss fights, making them really hard or even impossible to do, this happens with bosses that have abilities to summon adds, but it sometimes spawns plumes with other abilities that don't even summon adds, one boss example is The Amalgam of Souls from Black rook hold that spawns a lot of volcanic plumes when using ''Swirling Scythe'' and i think ''Soul Echoes'' also spawn them, i guess this bug is caused because these boss abilities spawn invisible mobs, and when they spawn, they also spawn volcanic plumes. I guess this should also happen with bosses that spawn adds.

This also happens in Arcway @Nal'tira, where volcanos are spawn from the adds above the web.

DHT dragon casts the breath on volcanos from the volcanic affix too (moves its head the last second, towards a volcano, and if you're unlucky enough to avoid the volcano and catch the breath, you're pretty screwed).
Volcanic affix also spawns from random unkillable mobs that are not supposed to be combat-relevant. If anyone has SS help me out here

they also spawn to often with normal trash.

as an example. the pulled sometimes 10+ trash and just 3 volcanics spawn. if u pull 10 trash mobs at freaks u will get like 10 or more volcanics in a row.

It's because of the triggers, it happens in all dungeons tho it might be more noticeable in certain ones. Also true for Sanguine affix.

A lot of these should get fixed by https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-PvE-Interactions-between-M-Affixes-and-some-triggers-corpse-NPCs-t478962.html. If still happening WE NEED EXACT INFO ON WHAT IS SPAWNING THEM (maybe we missed some triggers/invisible npcs/etc which still spawn them)

I'm not sure about that, someone open a separate bug report with more info, not just a random video
