[DUPLICATE] [Legion][Enchanting] Missing formulas from broken isles' quartermasters

Bug description: basically i vent to every emissary to check for the enchanting formulas they should sell according to the profession tab, none of em sell them. this is the list from wowhead http://www.wowhead.com/legion-enchanting-guide with every enchant and where the ranks should be, please add the formulas to the emissaries when you get some time.(in case it matters yes i completed all the quest chain, i have the rank 1 of every legion enchant)
