[FIXED] [Hunter][Marksmanship] Marked Shot

Bug description: If you are far enough from the target (you need some Mastery for a bigger range) you can use 2X Marked shot on a single Hunter's Mark
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/v9hcH you can see i used just 1 arcane shot with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=223138&&name=marking-targets to proc Hunter's Mark
and then i was able to use 2 marked shots instead of 1
to test it you must be at max range from the target (i have 16% mastery dunno if you can do it with a lower rating) ,auto attack till marking targets procs , use 1 arcane shots and then 2 bursting shots

Confirm.
So you get the marking targets buff .
You cast arcane shot. And then spam Marked shot.
While the first marked shot flies towards the target.. the icon is still flared up.
So if gcd ends before the first marked shot reaches its target than you can fire another one.
You can do that from 45+ yards
