Bug description: I have noticed this behaviour on both classes so I assume problem is in whole concept of that kind of upgrade. With my current missions I couldn't get warlock to show this happening but it does. When creating mission it shows over 100% but after sending troops it falls way under. I forgot to take screenshot before sending 2nd mission out but it was 100% as well.

Confirmed.

For better or worse, the initial percent chance of succes for a follower mission is flawed. The client side calculation and the server side calculation are different, you can only know for sure the success chance of a mission after it has been initiated.
