[FIXED] [Warrior][Arms] Possible bugs with battle cry, deadly calm and tactician

Bug description: These (possible) bugs are linked to each other and thus I am putting them to one bug report. I am saying "possible" because it's hard to prove something that is based on chance. So, first off I have noticed that I am not getting any Tactician procs while I have battle cry active (Abilities don't cost rage thanks to deadly calm) and I believe this is a bug. Even though with the talent abilities are free while using Battle Cry, they should be able to proc Tactician as if the abilities costed their normal rage amount (Mortal strike for example, normally costs 20 rage = 15% chance to proc tactician)

Also one thing I can not know, but suggest you to check, is the talent Dauntless: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=202297&&name=dauntless
does it interact with Tactician correctly: Even though it reduces the rage cost of abilities by 20%, Tacticians chance to proc should remain normal. (As if using the abilities without the talent, Mortal Strike for example, 16 rage with Dauntless but tactician should count it as 20 = 15% to proc)

Proof: These are all assumptions and thus I do not have proof. Also very hard to prove me not having Tactician procs with Deadly calm talent, how do I prove something that doesn't happen? I have played retail legion and know that 1: With deadly calm talent you should be able to get tactician procs 2: With the dauntless talent Tactician works as if normal rage amount was consumed.

Because when you have Deadly Calm you don't actually spent rage that's why Tactician doesn't proc, I tested it now with 20% for some time, and I can confirm that it don't proc while in Battle Cry.
