WoW Freakz spell link: Divine Hammer | Law and Order
Bug description: Divine Hammer should apply that 3 sec Hand of Hindrance only on the first tick of damage. Currently it gets applied on every tick, keeping players around the paladin in perma 70% slow.

This is a little bit too op at the moment and should be a Priority!
