No such thing as "resetting quest chain" or "enabling abandoned quests". If you abandoned a quest you can take it again from the q giver

As you can already see on the quest helper https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=42395&&name=signaling-trouble requires https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=42393&&name=homecoming, BUT YOU DIDN'T DO THIS QUEST. So, as I already said 1 million times, instead of raging here you could actually check the quest chains to be sure you are doing them correctly

Hey sorry if i seemed ignorant but my friend was like sure he did all quests and i was kinda raged, sorry for that.
He found the quest and it works now, he unlocked the third relic, you can close this topic, thanks again.

This is the exact reason we "ignore" these kind of topics, because WE KNOW THE QUEST CHAINS WORK, players just need to pay attention to the quest lines, they're extremely complicated (and blizzlike)
