Bug description: the stealth/invisibility effect should be canceled and players should see you and target you the moment you begin to cast something.

Right now from your perspective (at least in the case of prowl) you seem to get out of stealth but from other players perspective... they don't see you until they are hit by a spell

For exemple .. right now if I play against a resto druid in arena . And he begins from prowl and tries to cyclone me from prowl. I can only see him/target him the moment the cyclone lands on me.
I should see him the moment he begins to cast cyclone.

I think that the only spell that should allow you to cc while in stealth mode (and probably cap flags in bgs) is https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=198158 (wowhead link) but that spell should break when you deal damage.
Right now I think that it doesn't and mages and their nearby allies can spam damage for 5 seconds without getting out of stealth.

I cancelled the fix quicksand made, this change was somewhat intentional and applying it again will cause crashes. Will need a different approach (if really needed and blizzlike)

I'll move this back to fixed, however: after lots of thought, we decided to keep my fix, but apply it only in ARENAS. Outside arenas you'll still experience the same old delay as there was before, but I believe it's insignificant out there. Please keep in mind that as Shocker said, my "fix" caused several crashes in the past, and even though I'll move this to the fixed section so it shows up for everyone, we'll cancel the whole fix at the first crash if it happens again, and move the topic back to "confirmed". We are hoping that arenas are isolated enough to prevent those crashes -
