Bug description: The slow doesn't work.
When you are near the transcedance spirit you get the debuff but not the slow itself.

and I am wondering something else ..
Right now it works like this regarding the debuff.
If I put the spirit right next to an enemy .. he gets the debuff for ~4-5 seconds then it disappears.
If he moves away and comes back to the spirit he will get the debuff back for ~4-5 seconds.

Is this ok? or should the slow near the spirit be permanent. I tried to find some info on this but I don't have any luck..

i noticed this too, dr doesn't apply to this snare right?

As far as I know snares don't have dr's
