You seemingly fixed a spell that worked as intended. The instant flurry + IL + IL is supposed to happen on 7.1.5, this feature was removed on 7.2.5.

I did not change anything on that mechanic. This is already the second topic. That other topic IS NOT ABOUT flurry + 2x ice lance. It was ONE BRAIN FREEZE affecting TWO FLURRIES and ONE FOF affecting TWO ICE LANCES. Nothing changed in how flurry grants winter's chill, AT ALL. If you can't shatter 2x Ice Lance after the fix, it means you couldn't do it before either.

I am aware of this mechanic, i also played frost on retail (still do). Also, if you could just maybe try it before creating a topic, it would be great. I can EASILY shatter 2x ice lances after flurry with Time Warp + Icy Veins. I just tested it on live.
