what causes us so often for disconnection in the game?

Hi there to all:) is it me, or does this server, disconnect many time's a day?

I mean, i get disconnected allmost every 15 min, and when try to log back in, the server is offline.

Is the server that unstable?

I live in the Europe, and the server is also in Europe right?

Will this going to be better, in the future, or will it always be like this?

Well love this server, and gratz, to your stuff members, that does alott fixing and all for the server:)

And hope for the best, it will be better some day:)

I get disconnected quite a bit too. most of the time the server is online when it happens. as for the server going offline, that doesn't happen a whole lot. the server is stable. when there is something causing the server to crash, the staff is always quick to fix it.

29 september was a day with quite a lot of crashes/instability, however that "crashes every 15 minutes / server always offline" is exaggerated and just makes debugging this issue (if any) harder/impossible, just like "omg everything is bugged fix it"

So if u thought i was offend you, or the rest about this.

Then i apologize again for it.

but what I experience at the moment,
is i have almost every 15 min a crash, somehow, and when i log right back in, i see the server is ofline,
So i only, try to find out, what is causing it.
it looks like its not my internet, and i am running it under admin rights,
Also what happend to me lately after crashing, i get a message, that u dont run our launcher, u get disconect with in 15 sec.
But i alway's use your launcher what could it be ?
Could it be that i use macro's ?
Because when i change or make a new macro, and not leload the game after that, it chrashe again, Not sure if it is caused by it.

So i know u guys doing the best u can and did a realy good job so far

I only try to find out what is happening at the moment what is causes it.

If there any off u, experience the same problems, and know how to fix this issue, any advice is welcome:)
