Bug description: All I'm gonna say is that this does not seem right at all LOL.The priest was playing with a ret that put wisdom on him.He'd use the spell on cooldown and never go below 90% mana.The spell surely heals for way too much and blessing of wisdom is totally bugged it gives 20x more mana regen than it should.

Checking the video:
he's using https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=236499&&name=ultimate-radiance which increases its healing by 250%.

He should have around 28k intellect, the base spell has 2.5x modifier => 70k base damage.

14% versa => 79.8k
15% from a trait => 91.7k
250% increase => 321k
He has Vim and Vigor in the video, that's another 20% increase => 385k
It is clearly visible that he has SW: P (that is no purge of the wicked) and he also doesn't have Shadow Covenant => he plays grace => another 30% increase from there => 501k non-crit heal there.
The priest in the video did 485k, so it's rather close, I am not sure how much int and versa did he have, so my calculations might not have been entirely perfect, but as you see, you can easily get to around 500k non-crit heals without having to use any sort of CD.

If the priest on our sever played with the same setup, it's easy to see that you can get to 501k without cds, then you still have archangle, which gives another 30% increase to the heal => it becomes 651k non-crit which is 977k crit.

I highly doubt that there would be any issue with the spell, I will do more research on it later

The spell itself is probably not too differrent from retail but the actual problem is that if you spam that spell you should be out of mana in 2 minutes.The issue here was the fact that the priest had blessing of wisdom on him that regens too much mana(it should be 1% mana every 10s but here its waaaaaaay more than that) so the actual issue is that he was able to cast it on cooldown(in some arenas he casted it more than 40 times and it costs 80k mana) so i guess this thread became a bug report upon blessing of wisdom rather than radiance.Wisdom + radiance is completly game-breaking and has 0 counterplay it should be fixed ASAP since people like that priest are basically unkillable.

On ur screen i can see he healed almost a milion single target, on video u could see prob highest around 750K without archangel. Archangel increase 30% absorb and healing of all spells. I think its ok bro

HEALING VALUE

Quicksand pretty mutch correctly calculated everything , so we dont need to talk about value , yes you can crit 1 mil with it that is possible since i have +8% stat increase in pvp template +37 traits ,if you hit 3 players with 1 mil crit its how mutch ? 3 mil overall , for tikky its 2 hard to count to 10 just complaining about something he dont understand a single shit.

MANA VALUE

mana regen from pala blessing seems to be little bit OP.

im using https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=197045 (wowhead link) if u combine this with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=47536 (wowhead link) on enemys burst you can top your mana easily coz u were both melees u insta break shield i just spam it.

why it is my most healing spell ?
maybe bcs you play melee cleave and i need to aoe heal , thats my only aoe , and im discipline priest , mostly i have absorb not healing ...... i can harly cast shadow mend since thats not aoe and u have 3 kicks { rsham 40y , dh 20y and dk 10 y }

im pretty sure wisdom gives mana HP per 5 sec not 10, and second thing is if u lose combat its like per 1 sec.
