Bug description: Mark of the trained soldier i have just 300 mastery on stats ,instead of 600.
In this photos i have a neck with haste and versatility (0 mastery) ,and with the mark i should have 10050 mastery ,but if you can see i have just 9750 mastery.

Bump! This is a BIS enchant for various specs and is probably just a quick numbers fix.

Bug description:
The item/enchant "Enchant Neck - Mark of the Trained Soldier" only increases Mastery by 300, rather than 600.

I found the reaon why the enchant just gives 300 mastery here.
Blizz buffed it from 300 -> 600 mastery in patch 7.1.5

Mark of the Trained Soldier gives 600 Mastery (was 300).
