[FIXED] [Rogue][sub] Soothing Darkness + Shadow Dance

Bug description: Talent should heal for 1% in pvp, if we are talking about stealth- ye its work, and it heals u for 1% HP =23k [ https://imgur.com/a/nxhPm ], but with shadow dance healing is always 3% =70k [ https://imgur.com/a/3drvg ]. Tell me if am i wrong, and i missed something?

Nice find.
Indeed soothing darkness heals for 3% of max HP during shadow dance.
And according to multiple blizz forum posts it should heal for 1% in pvp.

shadow dance on, he got 15k shield from trait, 14,2k healing from soothing darknes cuz he dont have anything else. 14,2k *130%(wound poison, right?)= 18.4k he is short vanish, so his HP might be pretty damn low. So that means in shadow dance his healing is still 1%?

14:20 the rogue gets constantly heal through shadowdance for 27498. That's soothing darkness
And his max HP is ~2.7M

that's about 1% healing during shadowdance

The video is from 7.1.5 so I will mark this as confirmed.
