[DUPLICATE] The So called Phantom abilities

WoW Freakz link:there is no link its not a skill or something
Bug description: lot lot of times i and so many others has this terrible bug where u press the button for like, Run Through or Saber Slash, it donst matter any abilitiy and the sound comes out and the animation too and the skill dont land on target, also happerns with energy regeneration, and Alacrity only works 50% adds attack speed but dont add energy regeneration as haste should, i tested and with items/enchants/foods it works its that skill what its bug
Proof: i will try to catch the bug on video but its tricky and sometimes dont happens
