Bug description: MOS loot chest gives no item, its third time in today i do MOS m+ but loot chest gives only artifact.
Proof: i forgot to take screen shot but next time i'll take, i Think you can try it

Yes happend to me while doing a +12 2 chest only AP

Can't provide proof, didn't screenshoot aswell, but it happened 2 times to me aswell(+4(3chest)/ +12(2chest) ), in one of the dungeons i was with @cyberking ^. If it helps, this doesn't always happen, today , doing a +11 maw we've got the loot.

also there is another problem with falling when champions fear you or when you use charge or something

need more proof? how many times i must send you screens? i did 2 +12 and many times +5 and no loot can you you recover loot?

The dungeon still have loot, the problem is if someone falls of the ship the chest appears in the ground, i loot the chest manualy so many times cuz i fall for use "https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=232893 (wowhead link)" but others i cant even loot for combat:

If someone fall 1 time before kills helya, the chest still spawn in the ground and of course no one cant loot

P.D: Is a old screen i always forget report this

Yes PParadise, that's the problem and I have already fixed the issue with the loot, will be live after next restart... for some reason I forgot to post here.

Waiting for restart to see if it's ok
