This bug is nothing the dev's could fix for you.
You may fix it urself by either use Google with: "bagnong sortfix - rightToLeft"

Or use the WOW Ingamecommands called:
/run SetSortBagsRightToLeft(true) | Enable RightToLeftSorter
/run SetSortBagsRightToLeft(false) | Disable it.
/run ToggleAllBags() SortBags() | Close all Bags and try to sort with default sorting feature.

The main problem is because Blizzard included the *Default Sorting Bags function.
So either Sort by Hand, Sort with Blizzard Default function
Fix Bagnong, or.. disable the Addon.
