[FIXED] [Druid][Resto artifact] Dreamwalker proc chance

Bug description: has 100% chance to proc instead of 50%.
tested with 1 rejuv on me and it proced for ~ 30-35 times in a row.

It has 50% chance for me. I don't see any problem with it.

Ah, nvm, same shit happens that was with Odyn's Champion => procs on hit not on cast => the more the targets, the higher the proc chance

That's strange..
I just did another test and it procced 10/10 times for me
i put a rejuv on.
I cast wild growth and 100% of the time I get the Dreamwalker heal.

I did 30 casts, I got 18 procs. Sort of 50%

But that's on single target. If wild growth heals more targets, I get almost 100%

when i did that test wild growth also healed nearby guards.
So it should have an increased chance to proc when it heals more targets?
Or it should have a fixed 50% chance no matter how many targets get healed?

It's 50% chance ON CAST, not ON HIT :/ same issue as so many spells had before, I'll come up with a general solution
