Bug description: after last update about echo of light we have a BIG problem.
its very good the echo now heal targets every 3sec and ignore any refreshs but now we have another porblem with Echo of Light.
i want u to check my screens for today when i was @MoS16 Overflow.
u will know what's happened urself.

Now all of Priest need to be AFK until u fix this becuz they may get BAN becuz of this !
and ToV Realm First is Close, Please Fix this One ASAP.
