WoW Freakz link: Arcane Divination Researcher Tulius
Bug description: Researcher Tulius is in the Mage class hall, and provides the work order for your Seal of Broken Fate from your Arcane Divination class hall upgrade research , and she is missing.
Proof: She is not in there + Here is the quest that she should give Fate And Time
