How do i unlock the 1st Artifact appearance of illidari crest, it says there to finish the demon hunter call hall campaign to unlock, but i cant find any quests and i have unlock the 3rd slot of the weapon. i dont know what to do.

Since the class hall campaigns are not fully implemented, you will have to wait until they are available.
