[REJECTED] Rune Regeneration Bug + Runic Empowerment

Bug description: if you don't use frost strike your rune dosen't regen and blocks untill other runes escape from cd. check the first video at min 8:15 and then my video. it should regenerate not block untill another is ready. with legendary ring https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137223&&name=seal-of-necrofantasia .... that dk in video dosen't have it and he can keep breath better then i do. because he regenerate all the runes at once not 3 regen and 3 blocks.

I can confrim this. I was testing a bit and it is really hard to get Runic Empowerment proc now and rune regeneration is really slow. I have 20% haste, Chrono Shard and Nightmare Egg Shell trinkets which means I have a lot of haste.

What are you all confirming exactly ? You can have only 3 runes regenerating at the same time. You see the other "regenerating" with 15 seconds cooldown. Means IT WILL BLOCK UP and wait until it can regenerate. You are a big bunch of crybabies. STOP making threads if you don't know your own class.
