[FIXED] [Hunter][Survival]Mongoose increase pvp rules

Bug description: Pvp rules for this spell are not enabled on our server , in my photo you see moongose bite increase dmg by 35 % after i hit the dummy(in tooltip) but the buff says 50 % , if you go on wowhead

and select PvP rules enabled , you will see the dmg is increased by only 35 % how it should be.

so.. hunters have a maximum increase of 300 % atm , when it should be only 210 % also the mongoose bite regenerates to frequently i will make another post on that .

quick tested and the dmg increase is only 35 % even if the buff says 50 %
you can reach a total of dmg increase of 210 %

Ozzy i don't understand what you are trying to say in pvp or pve it has 35 ? and for real it regenerates to quicly? do you know what mastery does?

Read the tittle of the topic , and yes i know what mastery does , how i sayd i made another post for it , 5 % chance to generate 1 charge = 1 attack from 20 attacks to get 1 charge . Atm you get 1 every 5 or 6 attacks from pet .

"because its 5.7% of each time your pet does damage, Autoattacks, Bite/smack, Flanking Strike etc. i was going to make a report since it feels like its less than 5%. mostly i get charges when Aspect of the Eagle(increases the chance for 10% or 20% i dont remember) is active but without that i get like 2 charges during a fight."

Stop off-topicing please I tested on retail as well, it increases the actual damage done by 35% per stack.
