[REJECTED] The Shivermaw's Jawbone Trinket does not apply versatility Buff

The Shivermaw's Jabone Is a trinket that has a Stamina as the main stat and has and a Use: Ability that involves a Aoe Frost splash damage to targets around you within 12 yards to ad to that you should gane an amount of versatility for each target hit u to 5 targets in my case 1357 versatility / target hit by this Aoe Frost damage = for 5 targets i should be getting 6785 versatility. I have tried using this trinket multiple times the frost damage is applied correctly to the targets targets that can be affected is unlimited but stack size is max 5 yet the buff i should be receiving for 10 seconds never applies,
