[PvP] Rated BG

There is any chance in near future for rated bgs?
There are a lot of normal bgs played, why not to raise the competitive to the next lvl?

With this, freakz will be first server with all pvp content implemented.

You guys are barely doing 2v2 / 3v3 and want 10v10? Rated BG is a complex system, I implemented it once back on Cataclysm but the interest in them was extremely disappointing, max 1-2 bgs per week/month. Currently I'd rather not waste time with something I'm almost sure it will be a huge fail @ players interest...

If you can check, there 24/24 normal bgs.
Arenas are totally different aspect.
I suggest Rated Bg because people enjoy more bgs than arenas. And they are not forced to look for a partener, just join in a competitive bracket for bgs.
It was fail bcs lack of players, but for 4k + deserve a chance. I usually suggest what I see, people spam bgs, why not spam also rated bgs.

What? You need a 10-man premade group to join rated bgs

It still had couple of thousands online when we had rated bgs

Yea, you need 10 players but you have premade find option, like for dungeons/raids. People must only click join on that group that was created, then automatically when ths group reach 10 people, get join in que.
Instead of join random bg like now, you join to a group created by a player for rated bg. And this can be also cross-faction.

You know the priorities, but when you have time, can be a nice option to implement this.

A good idea could be implementing the rated bg as soloqueue. You just select rated bg from the pvp pannel and queue solo or with a premade group(just as you queue for normal bgs), but this time you will earn/lose rate depending on the bg status.

You think someone will join solo knowing that he might drop vs premade ?
It's either soloq only, or premade vs premade... or both but separate.

Client doesn't let you join rated bg queue without having a 10man group. We would have to modify the client just for that...
