Bug description:
I cast Sunfire on 3 target dummies in Orgrimmar so per target affected should give a 10% chance per second to activate Shooting star so on 3 target = 30 % every second yet shooting star was activated only 3 times over the entire duration of sun fire which is 18 seconds it proceed only 3 times over 18 on 3 targets so in a total of 18x3 procs of sunfire it thats a total of 54 sinfire procs it ativated Shooting star 3 times ... this means the spell/ talent is scripted incorrectly since with a cit chance of 10% chances of me having a sunfire crit proc seems to be higher since i crited 12 times over the duration of sunfire on 3 targets that is 4 times te amount shooting star got activated

First of all, you are not well documented. Sunfire ticks every 2 seconds being affected by haste.

So would have a minimum of 27 ticks with 0 haste.

Just by saying something is broken doesn't mean anything, you need proof.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.
