Bug description: The Spontaneous Appendages Trinket does not seem to be Activating i have a ilvl 865+ Heroic version of it ind my details addon doesnt show it ever being activated+ the proc should even overlap so you could even have multiple appendages avtive at a given time please fix this since this is a main trinket for any melee dps
Proof: Just spawn in the ilvl 865+ heroic version yourself and see if it ever gets activated it wont

as you can clearly see the time and that i have it equipped + i have my landslide trinket equipped to show the difference and a clear Details Addon list

Here you can clearly see all damage don to either one of the 3 targets + the visual proc of the landslide and the details tracking of the landslide

tho Spontaneous Appendages Does not proc over 2 minutes and my aoe spells don't cause the proc to happen either yet landslide did 2.7 mil damage that is about an average of 12 proc each affecting 3 targets

as you can see to the hot fix the damage should be way higher as well 65% increase so that means it should do 31'942 every 0.7 seconds for 12 seconds on a 865+ Heroic version and at least proc 1 every minute counting its 1 target you are Attacking so chance of it activating should be multiplied by the amount of targets being hit example whirlwind, Odin's Furry or the combination of whirlwind and Rampage/Bloodthirst

Proc chance for Spontaneous Appebdages :

Real PPM
= 0.7 * (1 + TotalHaste)

It shouldn't proc every minute. Read what RPPM means it can proc 2 times in 1 minute or 0 times in 2 minutes.

"I ran several tests last night and over the course of a five minute fight the trinket was doing around 11-12k DPS consistently" from wowhead. Seems exactly what you got over your 2 minutes tru on dummy.

And what you said that the more targets you attack the more procs you get its completely wrong.
