relics question: item lvl or traits on affliction?

i know that relics which offer points in perdition or shadowy incantations are the most wanted on affliction artifact weapon, but what should i do if i get relics with significant higher item level that offer points in other traits?

like for example i have an equipped 845 perdition relic and got from nythendra an 865 hideous corruption relic, does it worth to replace it just for the item lvl increase?
