While disabling all addons would seem enough, sometimes it's not. I do not know what addons you had but you maybe need to reset your interface. For that, type "/reset ui" or "/console reloadui" to try to fix this issue.

Also check Game menu > Interface > Social if "Block trades" is disabled, that could be it.

that's strange , u got smthing that could work , try deleting the bugged chars and then recover them from the website . it could work
