[Priest] Discipline hidden artifact appearance

Bug description: i looted all 12 books , but 3 of them shows as not counted , i checked it with following scripts >

/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44343))
/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44344))
/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44345))

all those 3 shows me false { not collected } even tho i collected them, its a same bug on retail , but on retail if u delete book those objects will respawn again , but here since its Hidden when quest Book Looted 03 is active / completed / rewarded it bugs out. can you switch those 3 books { objects , link under } to have normal spawn without any hidden affix ? thanks.

maybe those 4 players was lucky that they didnt get false trigger, maybe they did it in some specific order and it just worked, maybe if you relog in mid-way it broke, but i cant do anything since that stupid books doesnt spawn aka i cant see them

ps. i asked many priests , everyone have the same issue

bump ? just add normal spawn for those objects even tho if u looted them bcs it bugs out for 99% of ppl{ you cant profit by selling those books or something } and then it will be allright.

YES i know some people { very few like 5 } have that apperance , i guess they looted all books in 1 day without any crash right after taking first book from giver but that DOESNT mean it works correctly and also i CANT get it even if i want.

yes still happening , since no1 play discipline ,only few , but you can see like 4 reports allready , everyone have the same issue with 3 of those books as i described.

Maybe i found part of the problem. When i check the frekz database " https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=141332&&name=the-annals-of-light-and-shadow " i find out the next issue:
-Volume I,II,III,IV Duplicated on objetc list.
-There should not be a volume in "Stonetalont Mountain" according to WoWhead.com.
-None of my volmes left apear int he wow freakz database, exept for VI but "Stonetalon Mountain"...

Hope it helps to fix the problem, couse i really want this hidden Artifact weapon skin ASAP ;D-

First off i'd like to thank your indulgence, it's been a while since this issue has been first reported but we potentially made a change that would fix the issue.

To clearly understand what's going on, let's quickly and simply talk about how you achieve this journey to get the Discpline Priest's hidden artifact appearence :

At first, you will speak to Archivist Inforge within your class hall. This will unlock the location of the 12 books as seen here (forget the very last entry, it's our test subject). You are not complied to do it in a specific order but once you've retrieved all the books, you go back to Inkforge and tell him to create a goddamn staff out of books, have faith they said...

Now, the problematic is that some players are stuck at some point because while they fetched all the books, some of them didn't count toward the ultimate goal while the source of the books disappeared. This is because the books are tied to a list of hidden quests that define wether or not the object are visible. Once a book is collected, its related object becomes invisible because the quest tied to it is completed. While we can't explain why it bugged out for you, we came to find a solution that hopefully will end this suffering.

From now on*, all the objects will reappear everyday until you obtain the hidden appearence. The above mentionned hidden quests are now daily which means you will see every books again but you don't need to fetch all of them if you know which one you need to retrieve again. Theorically, you simply will have to wait a day before trying again if you still can't complete the "quest chain".

This will also give us more data to work with to eventually find out what is causing the issue because as some of you pointed it, you are only a few to have undergone this adventure and this is why we struggle to find out the reason of this restrictive matter.

So please, bring feed back as soon as you can ! Thank you again. If most of you manage to finish it, we will mark it as fixed.

*Obviously, it requires a server restart to take effect.

Today i obtain the artifact hidden appearance.

At first (yesterday) it was bugged for me and after i get all books, hidden quests with id 44343 and 44344 was flagged as not completed.
Today i was able to again saw book in the Priest Order Hall, near Meridelle Lightspark. I picked it. All hidden quest with id beetwen 44339 - 44350 was flagged again as not completed, exclude that book and starter book from Archivist Inkforge.

So i started to collecting tomes again.

If order is important:
1. Class Order Hall - from Archivist Inkforge
2. Class Order Hall - near Meridelle Lightspark
3. Class Order Hall - near Juvess the Duskwhisperer
4. Azsuna - Chief Bitterbrine Azsuna - Rare
5. Stormheim - Inquisitor Ernstonbok - Rare
6. Suramar - Artificer Lothaire - Rare
7. Black Rook Hold - Library after First Boss - Dungeon
8. Dalaran - The Violet Citadel
9. Karazhan - Guardian's Library - Dungeon
10. Northrend - New Hearthglen
11. Scarlet Halls - The Flameweaver's library - Dungeon
12. Scholomance - Chillheart's Room - Dungeon

For checking if fetched books gonna be flagged as completed i use

and i find out that when i pick a book, it flagged random hidden quest with id beetwen 44339 - 44350, not a matching one like wowhead or wow-freakz database said.
for ex. when i get book in Scholomance which shoudl have id 44343, i see that it flagged id 44341

i checked if it was my script problem but /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(QUESTID)) give me the same results.

Doesnt work again as i expected... 3 books are flagged as false ( kara, oh meridelle and scholomance, i looted them after restart in different order, doesnt work. Seriously this startin to piss me off

Your feedback has been duely noted. You know, most of the thing that are working here didn't always worked. There was people experiencing the same suffering as you do but they are in a certain way considered as pioneer without whom others players would still be suffering too. One day this issue will be fixed and in a near future, people will innocentely get their hidden appearence but some of us will remember that you were the one who commited for it to be fixed. HAVE FAITH, shouldn't be hard for a priest !

Now, on the matter.

If you have no trouble getting all the books then can you try to delete your existing books and start by those 3 or collect them in the order mentionned by Lucvane ? He also said some books flagged him from unsuspected hidden quests, maybe you don't need to collect the books the commands tell you to collect but try them all while checking every time if it validated something else. That could effectively tell us where the problem is as i mentionned in my update post.
