Bug description: This is suppoed to be a rep catch up quest introduced in 5.4.0 to get rep of Order of Cloud Serpent fast. The npc elder Anli shows only a grey question mark and does not give this quest

A Time-Lost Treasure - daily quest is not here... Even if u loot and came with : Quivering f****** Egg , there is no q, cant raise a reputation. Not even Onyx eggs dont work...
