Bug description: Even though Death Strike heals for more than 10% of HP the runic power is not refunded.

I hope the gm's check this report,the patch been running for quite a while now and most legendaries are fixed except this one which is a Bis legendary for Blood dk's.Can someone revisit this topic again please even tho it's been 64days since it's posted it's still relevant.

Fixed, however take this into consideration: the healing of death strike is modified by auras and versatility, so you will heal more than your max HP 100% of the cases (because of versatility). This will not mean that the legendary is triggered. It is triggered only and only if the 20% of the damage you took in the past 5 seconds is more than 10% of your health (aka the BASE healing of HS > 10% max hp).
