Bug description:

1- does not have a visual in freakz. literally is invisible for everyone. it just damages...

[complex] 2-

when you cast Defile at long range,
- if someone is standing in the area, THEN, defile will damage normally.

- if no one is standing, it wont start working.... it wont damage.

I don't understand what are you trying to say with the second part, If you cast defile at max range it stops doing damage, or? can you be more explicit?
