Bug description: One dagger

When I use sub spec my artifact dagger is only one https://imgur.com/OAOkItq
How I can fix this annoying bug?

Try to transmog your artifact weapon and change it back

The missing artifact offhand problem is fixed now.

You simply have to un-equip and Re-equip the artifact < don't do this via spec change or anything, just simply Un-equip it and Re-equip it >
