[COMPLETED] 3 chest loot missing

Details: (optional) 1 cache is missing. As you can see, 2 of them are in my bag (in grey color, cant right click to open and when I relog they are gone)
There are 3 chest i spent time earning and i dont have any of them. Since I did 6 other chests on other toons, this is the one i had issue with. I first tried to open the chests in DH hall and there I got various errors(char stunned and logged me out of the game).

P.S: Got this problem 1 time before at the same toon(Demon Hunter) Problem occured in the class hall. Getting continous DC only in the DH class hall. Perhaps this would help you identify the issue.
