[DUPLICATE] winters veil related buggs

Bug description: here follows a list of bugs related to winters veil:
1- metzen spawned in searing gorge instead of hillsbrad foothills
2-presents under the trees in orgrimmar and stormwind are missing eg. ticking present, carefully wrapped present etc.
3- phases one and three from the questline for metzen dont have triggers and dont start
4- the stolen present reward from phase two of the quest is empty and does not reward any of the toys or pets it should

there are a couple more that i am not aware of yet but will update the post as i come across them
