Izzy Hollyfizzle is visible only during Hallow's End event but it have Winter's veil stuff too!

The quests https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39651&&name=grumpus and https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39649&&name=menacing-grumplings shouldnt be marked as fixed. The npcs you need to kill are spawning, but the quest is not linked to the quest givers on database.

The item https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=116762&&name=stolen-present should also give the winter's grasp and flames of ragnaros illusions.But the illusion drops from the quest which can be done once a year has been fixed but the quest which can be done daily is not fixed

In this video you can see that you can use trial chars to ur advantage to get the illusions.But the problem is that illusions are not account bound as it should be.So its based purely on luck either you get it on ur first try which is not fun.Please I hope you understand what I am trying to say.I hope that you can fix the illusion drops and they being account bound I am sure that you will also fix that before winter's veil ends.

It's not contained in anything else (the database references the cata version of Stolen Present, that's not what is used currently anyway) or rewarded from anything else. This item is a requirement of an achievement.

is not spawned to turn in the WoD quests. She's flagged for only Hallow's End in the database, this is probably why.
