Might be the same problem that happened a while ago with the 2x Wf or Wf+Tf... ?

900 is only the base ilvl of the chest drops , they can still be upgraded further though.

In fact the only bug i can think of on a freakz regarding weekly chests is that it doesn't titanforge further than just 5 ilvls , you should be able to get 925 items if you're lucky enough from it
