Bug description: hello this item did not drop for the second week in a row, and i thought it had a 100% drop chance, no one was loot lick, you can tell because i put the camera over the loot recieved after he was killed, please respond to me and let me know what going on and if there is anything you guys can do this is the third forum post i made and i feel like the step child that gets ignored

Drop chance is 19.33%.

Drop chance should be 100%, that's why most people on retail called it a mount run, cause it always dropped.

here has been some confusion over how this drop works so we wanted to provide some details.

The mount has a 20% drop chance multiplied by the number of loot eligible players (even if they have the mount).
Note: The mount will only drop for someone who doesn’t have the mount.

For example:
5 players who are not loot locked = there is a 100% chance for the mount to drop
4 players who are not loot locked + 1 player who is loot locked = 80% drop chance.
4 players who are not loot locked & have Nightbane mount + 1 not loot locked player without Nightbane mount = 100% chance the player without the Nightbane mount gets the mount
4 players who are not loot locked & have Nightbane mount + 1 loot locked player without nightbane mount = 0% chance to get Nightbane mount (the only person who could get it is already loot locked)
4 loot locked players + 1 not loot locked player, none of whom have the mount = 20% drop chance. The mount would only go to the non-loot locked player.

so no one was saved if you watch the video everyone got some form of loot no one was loot locked so it had a 100% chance to drop and didnt this has happened to me 2 weeks in a row, i literally did the dungeon with a group of friends right after reset so that way no one would be saved, 2 weeks in a row no drops i even have the video of the week before in another forum post of mine with video evidece

Same thing, I've been doing it for 4 weeks now and it never dropped to no one in my group, even though we were not loot locked.
So it seems obvious to me that something is wrong.

I hope you can solve my friends and I also go and nobody had any save or anything and now I see why. investigating if nobody was or anything should be 100%

Confirmed. The mount has a 20% drop chance multiplied by the number of loot eligible players (even if they have the mount). This is not the case.

Also, now is lootable only by eligible players (if you don't have the mount already)
