Achievement [A frightening friend] - Hallow's End event doesn't work. Pepe is spawned in garrison but the achiev is not completing when clicking on Pepe.

Issue : Suramar's WQ are available at any given time after completing Uniting the isles quest instead of showing up once the achievement is earned.

There is a macro to check achievement in order, copying from wowhead (/run local a={41138,42230,42488,42833,42792,42842,43988,43989,43986,43987}for i,q in ipairs(a)do print(i,IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(q))end ) According to macro, it should have been counted.
