Bug description: When you enter BRH, there's a group of npc at the beginning of the dungeon, who can't loose health, the loose about 15% og their health and instanly gets it back.
Proof: It can't be shown in a screenshot.

It's because there are some adds called Ghostly Councilor that cast Dark Mending. This spell heals them and the other adds, so you have to interrupt it.
