[REJECTED] Normal Items from Cache of the Nightborne Treasures

Bug description: According to multiple posts which i found on forums and youtube+ twitter the Cache of Nightborne Treasures in 7.1.5 from the quest Emissary of War (4/4 mythic dungeons) it;s supposed to be a Heroic version and drop Heroic items not 875 items from Nighthold.
Proof: This is a video from youtube which proves that the quest rewards Heroic Cache of Nightborne Treasures, not Normal one.

Also here you have a twitter post from Warcraft which proves that the tooltip is wrong and it gives Heroic gear from Nighthold not Normal.

Here is the Comment section from the Quest Emissary of War which says that the rewards are Heroic.

I also have proof from me and other members of the party which completed the quest today and we got normal gear from the Cache.

Same happend for me i opened 3 cache's before reset and get items from heroic,
than i open cache after reset and get normal item but it upgrade from 870 > 890+socket.
It should be heroic 885 > 905+socket

Normal gear should only drop from the normal Nh chest which is rewarded from the time walk event.
Hc gear should drop form the hc nh chest which is rewarded from the legion dungeon weekly quest.
