Bug description: You guys fixed this recipe so you can't use the rank 2 of it immediately but you didn't fix the rank 1 drop chance which is very low and different from retail,It's really an important potion for raiding and having it's drop chance soo low prevent people from even having it unless you used the rank 2 before the fix

as you can see the drop chance is way higher in retail

Bare in mind that rank 3 recipe for prolonged power should drop with a 100% chance at Na'zak the Fiend world boss ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=110321&&name=na-zak-the-fiend ), currently active this week ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=142121/recipe-potion-of-prolonged-power#dropped-by ). And guess what, 0 drop after killing it today.

1st: If u want to farm level 1 recipe u need about 15minutes of killing https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=91598&&name=stoneblood-temptress because thats how much it took me to get level 1
2nd: if u have level 2 recipe in your backpack but not level 1 learned, level 1 recipe wont drop, i've read this from retail forum/comment section. So remove level 2 untill u get level 1.
3rd: Drop rates are fine
4th: fix level 3 potion drop

Guys, the recipe don't drop from the world boss, it has a NPC near him, there you must get it
