Bug description: So, this bug is a little hard to explain because I also don't understand it. Basically trash you can interrupt for example in arcway the warp shades they tend to instantly cast their spells after a while.
This makes them instantly full heal, what you can't prevent anymore. Some people say it happens if you stun trash, but that isn't true, i killed 1 alone with my prot paladin and even without stunning them they instantly cast their heal.
What i believe is that after
any cc
like
stun or silence
effect on them they will
instantly finish the next cast
, if it's a heal then rip... For paladin i can't use avenger shield on trash, because it applies silence effect that makes them insta-cast, this can't be the correct script.
Yesterday I did arcway+25 fortified and it took my grp nearly 5 min to kill the big trashgrp with 1 Valarjar Mystic, because he constantly kept healing the grp without casting. At the end our key was depleted because we waste so much time on that bug.
Please if you can't fix this problem, at least make sure the following NPC do not instantly cast anything:

Didn't have problems on other trash, maybe in black rook hold this healer at the start can be annoying too.
Proof: I don't have proof yet, but nearly everyone who did high hov or arcway knows what i am talking about. This can't be blizzlike, why should a cast become instant from a silence or stun?
@Shocker maybe you know something about this. In arcway it happens since the trash is no longer immune, but that fix is not the core problem there.

The avenger shield from prot pala interrupts the cast and applies a 3 sec silence to the target. in this time the target shouldn't be able to cast any kind of spell but on freakz the spell it's casted regardless but w/o the casting bar so you can't normal interrupt it.I think this is happening because the mobs have a certain combat timer , like : after the mob is aggroed , after x secons he will cast this ability and if he is silenced the cast bar of the ability is nulified
I confirm this bug, it occurs with silence effects like avenger shield and arcane torrent , never occured with stuns.

Also happened to me, was doing an arc 24 tonight, after i use sigil of silence or sigil of misery, even if the mob still has the debuff saying that he's feared or that he's silenced, he'll still cast a spell, hapenned with Warp Shade,Forgotten Spirit.(also happens with Valarjar Mystic

Confirm.
Any silence effects bug out the adds, the fear effects seem to be effective but I have witnessed some spell casts with the fear aura on the target. Disorient effects work effectively, stuns seem to be the most reliable but, as the same with fear effects, very few occasions when stuns were just a visual effect, for some reason.
I can provide a list of all the spells (more or less) which have a potent or impotent effect on the targets, on request, if that will speed up the process of fixing these bugs.
